Ecojesuit Agri Platform

Villa Loyola in Colombia is an organic coffee farm and sustainable agriculture innovation center led by José Aguilar Posada SJ. Aside from coffee production and processing, it is also a place where farmers, students, and community members are able to learn about organic agroecological techniques. Villa Loyola is also partnering with local restaurant chains like Mister Pollo to recycle scraps of fruits and vegetables, has established a lab for experimenting with new ideas and strategies, and is constructing added infrastructure with renewable bamboo grown on-site.
